Privacy Policy
What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how long we keep it.
Information you give us
Our contact form collects three things: your name, your phone number, and a description of the work and property. We also record which page the form was submitted from and the time of submission. We do not ask for a Social Security number, financial account details, or any other sensitive personal information, and you should not include them in the message field.
Phone calls and call tracking
The phone number on this site is a tracking number. When you call, we may record the calling number, the date and time, the call duration, and which page or campaign the number was shown on. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or use the contact form instead.
How we use the information
We use it to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and perform the work you asked about, to follow up if we cannot reach you the first time, and to understand which pages generate inquiries so we can improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing with a local service provider
This site is a lead generation and referral website. The services described here are performed by independently owned and operated local businesses. When you submit an inquiry or call, your name, phone number, and the details you provided are shared with a participating local service provider so they can contact you and perform the work. That provider handles your information under its own practices once the inquiry is passed along.
We also use ordinary service vendors to operate this site — for example, hosting, email delivery, and call tracking. They process information only to provide those services to us.
Analytics and cookies
We may use standard web analytics to count visits, see which pages are read, and measure form submissions and click-to-call actions. Analytics tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the request and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, warranty, and record-keeping purposes — generally no more than two years for inquiries that do not become jobs. Call tracking records follow the same principle.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us what inquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To make any of those requests, use the contact form or call the number shown on this site. We handle privacy requests through the form and by phone only.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
